At Ivoryxa S.A.P.I. de C.V., with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, floor 12, Col. We collect identification data (full name), contact data (email address, phone) and financial data when you begin an investment process.

2. Purposes of processing

Your data is used to: (i) send you information about the real estate crowdlending projects you subscribe to, (ii) comply with regulatory obligations (KYC/AML) foreseen in the Fintech Law, and (iii) improve site performance.

3. Transfers

We may share data with technology providers (hosting, transactional email), competent authorities when required by law and with Mexican financial institutions involved in each transaction.

4. ARCO rights

You can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition, as well as revoke your consent, by writing to privacy@ivoryxa.com.
